Step 2 - We will setup event

We will setup your event and email you a sandbox link to verify. At this stage, you will be able to verify online seat selection, payment and event management. You will be able to receive and verifyreceipts. We will take care of setting up your email on PayPal sandbox so that you can test online payment flow as well.

Turn around time for initial setup is 1-2 days for most theaters. If it is a repeat venue, we will be able to setup event sooner.




Step 3 - Verification and Training

We ask you to verify event setup including, layout, pricing and receipt content. We will not open booking until we hear from you.

During this step, we will help you learn about Administrtion features, including how to make reservations on behalf of someone, or on the go or using PayPal or cash or check payments.




Step 4 - Fine tuning and Go Live

We are almost ready with the event. We will provide HTML code to embed on your web page. Embedded code works only from your website. We will help ensure that our enbedded code is optimized for best ticket booking experience.

You will be able to use all administrative features for the new event. You will be able to take cash, check or unpaid reservations using online Booking Management feature.
